Dr. Joseph C. Rogers, Chairman and Medical Director
Dr. Rogers is a co-founder of Rxaminer and responsible for the development of medical content. He has been a practicing clinical cardiologist for more than 25 years, is certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Rogers previously served on the Board of Directors for Oakwood Health Systems, was an Associate Professor in the Department of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University, and past Chairman, Department of Internal Medicine, at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital.
J. Tobias Rogers, President and COO
Mr. Rogers is a co-founder of Rxaminer and provides day-to-day direction and leadership for the business. Before founding the company, he was a Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers Strategic Change Practice where he guided clients through the development and implementation of various strategic initiatives. His experience includes restructuring and strategy development at many fortune 1,000 companies, including pharmaceutical and health insurance organizations. Mr. Rogers holds a B.A. in economics from Albion College and an MBA in general management from Duke University.
Matthew E. Parker, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Parker directs the Rxaminer technical and strategic development. Additionally, he coordinates new client implementations and custom development initiatives. For six years Mr. Parker directed both the operations and technical development at several corporations. Five of those years were at companies in the Human Capital Marketplace. Mr. Parker holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from The Catholic University of America.
Shaun Fagan, Business Development
Mr. Fagan is responsible for Business Development and Sales. He has twelve years of business development experience in a variety of industries and has spent the last three years in the Human Capital Marketplace. Mr. Fagan holds a B.A. in Communications from Marquette University.
